Pala Poker also will continue its popular Thursday Deep Stack Turbo and Friday Night 2K tournaments and ongoing popular promotions that include the High Hand, the Limit and No Limit High Hands, the No Limit Rolling Hourly High Hand, the Limit Flush Marathon, the Chase for the Dough™ and The Thursday High Hand and Flush - Marathon.
The $100,000 (Est.) River Card Quest for the Cup Mega will have a $175+$25 buy-in and $13,000/$3,000 in chips. There will be an optional $15 staff bonus buy, re-entries to nine levels and blinds will be 30 minutes. Ten percent or level 18 of each day’s action will advance to the Day 2 final. The schedule includes:
Day 1A – 1:15 p.m., Wednesday, March 2
Day 1B – 1:15 p.m., Thursday, March 3
Day 1C – 1:15 p.m., Friday, March 4
Day 1D – 1:15 p.m., Saturday, March 5
Day 2 (Final) – 1:15 p.m., Sunday, March 6
Continuing regular tournaments::
Thursday Deep Stack Turbo: 7:15 p.m.; the buy-in will be $45+$10 with a $1,200 guarantee and a $10 optional staff buy. Chips will $20,000/$5,000 and there will be $10 bounties. But, this tournament will not be played March 3.
Friday Night 2K: 7:15 p.m.; the buy-in will be $35+$5 with a $2,000 guarantee and a $5 optional staff buy. Chips will be $4,000/$2,000. Late and re-entries will be allowed to three levels with a full stack. This tournament will not be played March 4.
Popular promotions that will continue include the High Hand, which will be in play from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. each Monday, Thursday and Saturday (except March 17), and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. each Wednesday. Hold’em will pay $100. The Limit Flush Marathon also will continue from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Tuesday, Thursday and Friday for 3-6-9 players and above, as will the ever popular Chase for the Dough™ from Midnight, March 1, until Midnight, March 31, with a $10,000 prize pool. Players win by accumulating live-play hours. Forty hours wins $60; 60 hours gets $200 and 80 hours, $400. When players cash out, hours return to zero. The No Limit Rolling High Hand will be in play from 1 a.m. to 8 a.m., every day except Friday. The No Limit High Hand will be in play from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. each Thursday for $100.
