Paddy Power paid out early on Obama victory

The Paddy Power advert included the words "Sorry Romney, you're not black or cool. We're paying out early on an Obama victory", the report said.
One complaint about the advert was made to the Advertising Standards Authority of Ireland, according to the Christian Science Monitor report.
