Types of gaming regulated by the agency are slot machines and table games in casinos, internet gaming, sports wagering, fantasy contests, and video gaming terminals.

Slot Machine Revenue
December’s revenue from the play of retail slot machines was $186,834,827, a 7.54% decrease in revenue when compared to the $202,073,713 generated in December 2024.
The number of slot machines in operation in December 2025 was 24,158 compared to 24,448 at the casinos in December 2024.
Tax revenue from the play of slot machines in December 2025 was $94,203,293.
Retail Table Games Revenue
Retail Table Games revenue for December 2025 was $79,282,300, an increase of 0.28% from December 2024 when revenue was $79,064,380.
Total tax revenue from table games play during December 2025 was $13,394,087.
Internet Casino-Type Gaming (iGaming) Revenue
Casino games offered online generated a record amount of monthly gross revenue totaling $259,719,489 during December 2025. Compared to revenue of $223,652,312 in December 2024, this represents an increase of 16.13%.
Tax revenue generated from iGaming during December 2025 was $115,512,176.
Sports Wagering Revenue
December 2025 total sports wagering handle was $797,436,934, 10.74% below the December 2024 total of $893,371,609. However, the taxable revenue figure for December 2025 was $84,812,544, or nearly 300% higher when compared to December 2024, when taxable revenue was $30,532,516.

Video Gaming Terminals
Total adjusted revenue for December 2025 for video gaming terminals (VGTs) was $3,382,834, 0.63% lower than December 2024 when revenue was $3,404,329. By the end of December 2025, all VGT Operators offered the maximum permitted five machines at each of the 75 qualified truck stop establishments, compared to five machines at each of the 74 establishments at this time last year.
Fantasy Contests
Fantasy Contests revenue was $2,689,223 in December 2025, a decrease of 0.32% over December 2024, when revenue was $2,697,733.
Tax revenue collected from the play of Fantasy Contests in December 2025 was $403,353.
