Ontario and Quebec in dialogue on offshore gambling control

TORONTO, Ontario -- Ontario is conducting conversations with Quebec over how to control offshore online gambling, the Toronto Sun reported.The two provinces are trying to uncover ways to tackle this beyond National borders, the report explained.
Quebec is contemplating a model that may include the licensing of private sites with tight regulation and a crackdown on all else, the Toronto Sun report said.
