BRITISH COLUMBIA -- A technical glitch in an online slot game on the BCLC website has resulted in a pay out to 9 players, CBC News reported.

The glitch in the Wizard of Odds slot meant that progressive jackpot wins were not displayed correctly, the report said.

9 players were now awarded a collective total of $1 million and players who lost money on the game during the 11-month time period will be reimbursed, according to CBC News.
