Online Bingo Award Winners announced

Online bingo players flocked to Which Bingo UK in droves to name the sites they felt were most deserving of the 'UK Online Bingo Site of the Year' and 'New UK Online Bingo Site of the Year' awards.

The Which Bingo Site of the Year awards recognise and reward excellence in UK online bingo, as voted by the most important people in the game - the players. The votes totalled more than double the number received in 2006, reflecting the widespread growth in popularity of online bingo in the UK.

The 2007 award goes to the site that finished fourth in the previous year's voting and lays claim to being the first ever standalone UK online bingo site. Which Bingo UK is delighted to name Think Bingo as the '2007 UK Online Bingo Site of the Year'. Upon hearing of their win a spokesperson at Think Bingo said "We are delighted to receive this prestigious award on behalf of our Think Bingo members and chat moderators. It is them that set Think Bingo apart and demonstrate that you don't have to be the biggest to be the best".

The inaugural 'New UK Site of the Year' award was a similarly close run contest, with the best new sites in the business all competing for the title. The votes have been counted and Which Bingo UK is delighted to announce that the New Site of the Year 2007 is Gone Bingo UK.
