OKLAHOMA – As reported by the Norman Transcript: "The director of the state's lottery says higher gasoline prices and summer vacation season are putting a dent in sales.
"That's a no brainer. Folks who struggle to put gasoline in their cars to go to work and school aren't likely dropping bucks on lottery tickets.
