NEW YORK – As reported by the Thoroughbred Times: "The New York Racing Association owes MGM Mirage $4-million to satisfy a debt for development costs incurred by the gaming and resort company in relation to the stalled video lottery terminal project for Aqueduct racetrack.

"…The $135-million project originally was scheduled to conclude by December, but work was halted in August pending the outcome of a federal investigation on NYRA…"
