LAS VEGAS, Nevada -- Slot machine sales have benefitted from replacement sales during Q1, Intergame reported.

Sales were up 40.3 percent compared to same quarter last year, the report said.

Small suppliers are also seeing their slot machine sales increase, Intergame noted.
