The bill, which Carlucci announced he'd sign on Thursday, would see fantasy sports regulated the same way the lottery is, the report explained.
Lohud reported that regulation would solve the dilemma that FanDuel and DraftKings recently faced.
A Judge recently implemented a ban on companies conducting fantasy sports business in the state, but a temporary reprieve has since been won, the report added.
