New York Racing Association unveils three-year organizational plan

SARATOGA SPRINGS -- The New York Racing Association has outlined an organizational plan on its website, The Saratogian reported.The plan includes implementing new leadership and examining the management structure, the report said.
A second priority in the plan is creating sustainability by cutting costs and increasing revenue, The Saratogian report said.
