New York Assemblyman J. Gary Pretlow introduces online poker bill

NEW YORK -- Assemblyman J. Gary Pretlow has introduced Bill AO9509 to the State Assembly which proposes to amend the law to allow "certain interactive poker games".
The legislation would amend the racing, pari-mutuel wagering and breeding law by adding a new article, number 14, to it.
The new article would define poker as a game of skill rather than chance.
