New Jersey: Senate committee supports sports betting at casinos, racetracks

TRENTON, New Jersey -- A Senate panel has moved to approved sports betting, the Star-Ledger reported.The next step in the process requires the governor to sign and approve the bill, the report said.
There's also a lawsuit that has to be taken up by the state to challenge a 20 year federal ban, according to the Star-Ledger report.
