New Jersey decision expected today on sports betting challenge

NEW JERSEY -- A decision is expected today on whether the sports leagues attempt to block sports betting will be successful or rejected, the Press of Atlantic City reported.The issue appears to have come up around this Sunday's planned sports betting at Monmouth Park, the report said.
The NCAA and National Football League, Major League Baseball, National Hockey League and National Basketball Association all oppose sports betting, but New Jersey residents voted to approve it, the Press of Atlantic City reported.
