(PRESS RELEASE) -- Eldorado Resorts, Inc. announced that at a meeting today, the Company received approval from the Nevada Gaming Control Board and the Nevada Gaming Commission in connection with its pending acquisition of Caesars Entertainment Corporation, subject to customary conditions.
