LINCOLN, Nebraska -- Lawmakers voted this morning to deny a measure that would have speeded up the time between Keno games, the Omaha World Herald reported. The measure proposed more games each hour by allowing games to operate every 3 minutes instead of the current 5 minute gap, the report said.
Proponents of the measure saw it as a way to increase funds to city services, according to the Omaha World Herald report.
