MSPT Venetian is now underway

(PRESS RELEASE) -- The largest buy-in on the schedule for Season 10 of the MSPT kickedoff today at The Venetian Las Vegas with the first of three starting flights in our $1,600 buy-in, $3,000,000 Guaranteed Main Event.

Day 1a kicked off at 12:10 p.m. today, and Days 1b and 1c, all will begin at the same time on Tuesday, 18 June and Wednesday, 19 July respectively.

Of note, stacks will be put in play from the start of the tournament, and registration and unlimited re-entry are allowed for nine (9) levels and through the break (approximately 7 p.m. local time). Stacks are increased compared to a typical MSPT tournament, as players will begin with 25,000 in tournament chips.

There is no dinner break during Day 1 play, but a 15-minute break will occur every three levels, and play will conclude after the completion of Level 15 or when 11% of the field remains, whatever comes first. Also, Day 2 and Day 3 features one-hour levels instead of 40-minute levels.
