More than $24,000 in guaranteed prizes at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino poker room

(PRESS RELEASE)-- Three no-limit Texas Hold’em tournaments, including one with a $15,000-guaranteed prize pool, are featured during the Dover Downs Hotel & Casino Poker Room’s next tournament weekend from 10-12 August.

The tournament schedule includes:

• Friday, 10 August, 11:15 a.m.: $7,500 guaranteed, $100 buy-in, 25-minute blinds
• Saturday, 11 August, 11:15 a.m.: $15,000 guaranteed, $125 buy-in, 30-minute blinds
• Sunday, 12 August, 11:15 a.m.: $2,000 guaranteed, $35 buy-in, 15-minute blinds

In addition, there are two satellite events for the Saturday, 11 August $15,000-guaranteed tournament, where one player out of every 10 entries can earn a seat into the event. The satellite schedule is:

• Wednesday, 8 August, 7:15 p.m.: $20 buy-in, 12-minute blinds
• Thursday, 9 August, 7:15 p.m.: $20 buy-in, 12-minute blinds

Participants receive 12 Capital Club points and $3 in comp for registering in each tournament from Aug. 10-12. Players who register one hour before the tournament begins receive 1,000 bonus chips and 500 more bonus chips if they are dealt in the first hand of the event.
