More chances to be part of PokerStars

(PRESS RELEASE) -- More PokerStars Ambassadors have released routes for players across the globe, including the U.S., to get their hands on PokerStars Players No Limit Hold’em Championship (PSPC) Platinum Passes as part of the Platinum Pass Adventure.

The new programs, crafted by each Ambassador and tailored to suit their audiences, provide players with creative routes to qualify for a Platinum Pass through online and live paths. Winning players will also receive mentoring and coaching from their PokerStars Ambassador in preparation for the PSPC in January 2019.

The next great poker minds
Poker power couple Liv Boeree and Igor Kurganov are teaming up to find the next great poker mind using puzzles and tests to challenge players’ poker, game theory, and critical thinking. Four preliminary quiz rounds of multiple choice questions will be held on the following dates:

• First quiz: 18 July
• Second quiz: 8 August
• Third quiz: 29 August
• Fourth quiz: 19 September

The 10 contestants with the highest total score across these four preliminary rounds will advance to the final on 3 October.

“What we’ve always loved most about poker is the strategy of the game and how it constantly challenges you to think deeply. Much of this translates to better decision making in everyday life.
