To enter The Ultimate Game Plan, guests must swipe their Momentum card at a Mohegan Sun FanDuel Sportsbook kiosk and place any +250 or greater Same Game Parlay (SGP) or SGP+ wager of at least $20 on any professional football game to score one entry.

From Thursday, September 4th through Sunday, January 4th, guests can build up their entries and increase their chances to win one of two can’t-miss prizes.
