Millionaire raffle winners claim prizes

Winners of $1 million each in the raffle were Brenda Gaydos of Hanover, York County; Joseph Maxwell of Palmyra, Lebanon County; Carmen DiBenedetto of Philadelphia; Mark Shehab of Leechburg, Armstrong County; and Juanita Kjems of Harrison Valley, Potter County.

Top-prize winning tickets were purchased at Lynn's Market, 5660 York Rd., New Oxford, Adams County; Quick Stop Convenience, 6301 Torresdale Ave., Philadelphia; Sunoco, 2300-16 Fairmont Ave., Philadelphia; 221 Fueland, 222 Buffalo St., Freeport, Armstrong County; and Pump N Pantry, 58 North Main St., Lawrenceville, Tioga County, respectively. Each store will receive a $5,000 selling bonus from the Pennsylvania Lottery.

Winning raffle tickets were presented at Lottery headquarters in Middletown, Dauphin County, and at various Lottery offices throughout the commonwealth. After examining each ticket and executing other propriety security measures, Lottery officials today confirmed that each ticket was one of the five top-prize winning tickets from the 7-7-07 Millionaire Raffle drawing.

The five $1 million top-prize raffle ticket numbers; five $100,000 second- prize ticket numbers; 200 prizes of $1,000 each; and 7,567 prizes of $100 each -- a total of 7,777 prizes -- came from a pool of 625,000 tickets that were sold between May 29 and July 6.

A complete list of all 7,777 winning raffle ticket numbers is available at Lottery retailers, as well as on the Lottery's Web site: palottery.com. The numbers are listed by prize category in ascending order. Players may also use a "search" function to enter their eight-digit raffle ticket number to see if they have a winning ticket.

The $100,000 prizes can be claimed at any of the Lottery's seven area offices or at any licensed Pennsylvania Lottery retail location. Holders of Millionaire Raffle tickets worth $1,000 and $100 can claim their winnings at any Lottery retail location.
