MGM Resorts wants new bidding process

MGM is unhappy with the proposed two-stage bidding process and thinks it's potentially a waste of time and resources, the report said.
In a meeting that took place yesterday several Massachusetts Gaming Commission commissioners expressed the view that they did not think a two-part bidding process would protract the time required to issue the gaming licenses, The Republican reported.
