RENO, Nevada -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Leap Forward Gaming, Inc. (LFG), a leader in providing gaming industry solutions, announced today that it has installed its SaffariNet® Patron Display Interface™ (PDI) picture-in-picture multimedia ecosystem technology at the MGM Grand Las Vegas, an MGM Resorts International property in Las Vegas.

PDI is a scalable, low-cost, turnkey solution that works seamlessly with all brands and generations of gaming machines and systems to develop, dynamically manage and present content to players. It is a robust, completely customizable system utilizing existing machine displays and supports all screen sizes, resolutions and aspect ratios by utilizing the latest advancements in Web-based technology. PDI offers targeted marketing and bonusing campaigns, progressives, drink ordering and straightforward integration with multiple player tracking and CRM systems. As part of the patented SaffariNet® ecosystem, PDI agnostically provides operators with high flexibility and agile content production and implementation utilizing Web-based technologies such as HTML5, Silverlight®, Flash, etc.

Leap Forward’s PDI product was recently selected as the industry’s top new technology for 2013 in Casino Enterprise Management’s seventh annual Slot Floor Technology Awards. The awards honor new gaming technology products that bolster casino revenues.

Tom Mikulich, Senior Vice President of Business Development for MGM Resorts International, commented on LFG’s PDI solution: “We are very pleased with the strength, flexibility and agility of the SaffariNet® ecosystem technology and the fact that MGM Grand is the first Las Vegas casino to utilize this game-changing system. MGM Resorts International properties have always embraced leading-edge technology that provides our players with added-value and improves operational efficiencies. We believe that the SaffariNet® picture-in-picture solution has great promise, as it allows us to seamlessly customize real-time marketing campaigns without impacting existing machines and systems, all while minimizing operational interruption. We look forward to our continued partnership and expansion with LFG.”

Ali Saffari, LFG CEO, said, “LFG’s PDI solution provides players with a greatly enhanced gaming experience and allows operators to utilize their existing machines and player tracking systems, consequently maximizing profitability. We are honored to partner with such a progressive operator as MGM Grand and its parent company MGM Resorts International to transform their properties by enhancing the gaming experience, increasing player value, maximizing efficiencies and boosting revenue. This is LFG’s first Las Vegas installation and we will be announcing installations with additional major domestic and international operators soon."
