UNITED STATES – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Mega Millions players from coast to coast are feeling the excitement as the jackpot continues to grow. When Tuesday's winning numbers were drawn, they turned 386,679 tickets into Mega Millions winners. Now that jackpot is growing! Since no ticket matched all six numbers in Tuesday's drawing, the jackpot grows to an estimated $43 million for the Friday, January 26, 2007 drawing.

The winning numbers in Tuesday's drawing were: 3-5-15-26-53 and the Mega Ball number was 35.

Two tickets each won $250,000. They matched the first five numbers and only missed the Mega Ball number. Both of those tickets were purchased in New York.

Mega Millions is played in 12 states: California, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Texas, Virginia and Washington.

Mega Millions drawings are held Tuesdays and Fridays at 11:00 PM Eastern Time, 10:00 PM Central Time and 8:00 PM Pacific Time.
