MANITOBA -- As reported by the CJOB News: "Manitoba Lotteries Corporation and the Manitoba Government and General Employees Union have reached a tentative contract agreement.
"The union represents about 250 Food and Beverage workers at Winnipeg's two casinos.
"They had voted overwhelmingly in favour of strike action this past Tuesday. Union officials said without a deal they would have probably walked off the job on Friday..."
