Manitoba Lottery Profits Up

WINNIPEG, Manitoba – As reported by the Broadcast News: "Officials are crediting new video lottery terminals for an increase in profits at the Manitoba Lotteries Corporation.
"The corporation says it enjoyed net income of $4.5 million for the first six months of this fiscal year when compared with the same period last year.
"Overall, VLTs generated $14 million but they also appear to be helping some businesses generate more revenue…"
