Malta Gaming Authority cancels Field of Fortune license

(PRESS RELEASE) -- The Malta Gaming Authority has decided to cancel the authorization awarded to Field of Fortune Limited (MGA/B2C/767/2019), hereinafter the “Authorized Person”, effective as of 28 June 2022, in terms of regulation 10 of the Gaming Compliance and Enforcement Regulations (S.L. 583.06), hereinafter the “Regulations”.

This sanction is being imposed upon the Authorized Person for having breached regulation 9 (1) of the Regulations, as per the reasons manifested hereunder:

- the Authorized Person has failed to discharge financial commitments to the Authority for its operations; and
- the Authorized Person has failed to pay in a timely manner all amounts due to the Authority.

The Authorized Person is thus no longer authorized to carry out any gaming operations and is required to settle all outstanding fees that are due to the Authority immediately.
