Magnet Gaming unites with Microgaming to distribute content via Quickfire platform
2 Feb 2016
The deal will see all 12 of the Danish provider's slots made available to Quickfire's extensive catalog of international casino brands live in regulated markets around the world.
Among the games distributed will be the company's latest releases Space Gems, Candy Kingdom, and Vikings, which join a stable of titles which boast great retention rates.
Magnet's Head of Game Licensing, Thomas Nielsen, said the deal was strategically important to the company and marked an important milestone at the start of 2016.
"We have partnerships with the leading brands in our native Danish market, but securing similar deals with their international counterparts will take us to the next level," Nielson said. "I think Microgaming and Magnet are pretty like-minded, sharing aspirations to be the leaders in our respective fields, and this should help make the deal a great success.
"We're really excited about working with such a well-established and much-respected platform like Quickfire. It will undoubtedly be a game changer for us."
"Intent on continuing to deliver the most sophisticated gaming platform to the industry, as well as the best content, Magnet Gaming is a welcome addition to Quickfire," said Tom Chamberlain, head of Quickfire at Microgaming. "We have been impressed with the quality of their games and their focus on HTML5 build."
