TORONTO, Ontario -- As reported by the Canadian Press: "'Life-changing' payouts of $10 million or more for bettors on a brief series of televised horse races are in the future of Magna Entertainment Corp. (TSX:MEC.A), executives of North America's biggest horse track operator said Wednesday.
