Lupo wins $500 Online Turbo Deepstack at WSOP

Daniel “Centrfieldr” Lupo won his first World Series of Poker bracelet and $145,274 in the $500 Online No-Limit Hold’em Turbo Deepstack. He beat a field of 1,181 players and defeated David “ DTC13” Clarke heads up to claim the title.

The final table began with HITRII999 being eliminated in ninth place. He took home $10,734.52 when he ran into the pocket jacks of Lupo.

JSTRIZZA busted EontStarsGFK in eighth place, holding with ace-high and sending EontStarsGFK home with $13,994.64.

Jnutz was the next to fall and Lupo got him too with a better ace. Jnutz couldn’t catch up and hit the rail, winning $18,526.99 for his seventh place finish.

MisterKK busted in sixth and took home $24,729.16 after being eliminated by Johnsonck.

Staeks fell in fifth place for $33,475.81 and then it was JSTRIZZA out the door. JSTRIZZA busted against Johnsonck as well and took home $45,959.67.

Then Lupo rivered a set to win a huge pot and take the lead three-handed.

Johnsonck busted in third place for $63,771.03, giving him back-to-back Online Event final tables. He also finished seventh in the $600 No-Limit Hold’em Bounty tournament early Monday morning.

Lupo now has $160,602 in WSOP winnings and has now claimed his first bracelet on his fourth cash.
