Lottomatica launches Level I ADR program

ROME, Italy -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Lottomatica S.p.A. announced that the registration statement of the Company's Sponsored Level I American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program has been declared effective by the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC). As previously announced, Lottomatica's ADRs will trade on the U.S. over-the-counter Pink Sheet market under the symbol "LTTOY," and the CUSIP number is 545697104. Each ADR will represent one Lottomatica ordinary share.
