MILAN, Italy – As reported by the Reuters: "Italian lottery group Lottomatica (Milan:LTT.MI) said on Thursday it had closed the sale of its stake in U.S. gaming systems supplier Scientific Games (NasdaqNM:SGMS) to private holding company MacAndrews & Forbes for $199 million.
