IOWA -- A lottery worker has been arrested after winning a sizeable jackpot, the BBC reported.

Lottery employees are not permitted to buy tickets, the report said.

51 year old Edward Raymond Tipton faces two fraud charges for trying to claim the $14m jackpot, the BBC said.
