Lottery ticket win rigged allegedly

The employee, Eddie Tipton, is alleged to have used a self deleting computer program to produce his winning numbers, the report said.
Mr Tipton, who worked as the information security director of the lottery, was not technically permitted to either buy a ticket or play the lottery because of his job, according to the New York Daily News report.
