Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia names new VP of Marketing.

As the Vice President of Marketing, Mr. Uran will lead the overall development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives at the world-class gaming, dining and entertainment destination. His main objective will be to enhance the customer experience throughout the property with new and exciting promotion launches, gaming features and programs. Mr. Uran will oversee the daily operations of the Marketing department, including Database Marketing, Advertising, Promotions, Social Media and Special Events.
Mr. Uran has been an instrumental member of the Live! team since its beginning, starting at Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland before opening in 2011. In Maryland, Mr. Uran worked his way up the ranks in several departments, including Slots, Table Games, Promotions, Players Club and Database Marketing. Most recently, Mr. Uran held the position of Vice President of Marketing at Live! Casino Pittsburgh, playing a strategic role in the property’s opening, leading the development and implementation of the brand new destination’s marketing efforts.
During Mr. Uran’s tenure with Live!, he has helped to strengthen the Live! Rewards Club, which has been nationally recognized by USA Today as one of the top customer loyalty programs in the country. Mr. Uran was also integral in launching the innovative Giant Jackpots program, a mystery slot progressive guaranteed to hit between $50,000-$100,000, which was the first slot program of its kind in the State of Maryland.
He also spearheaded the development and launch of the My Live! Rewards mobile app, which is a platform that allows guests to access the latest Live! information, including the newest promotions, rewards and programs, as well as managing hotel bookings, reviewing recent game play activity, and even ordering a drink to their seat while playing at the casino.
