In order to be able to claim these extra BBs players have to like the Facebook pages, then contact the CS team, telling them which sites have been liked to claim BBs. For the first Facebook page that is liked players will be rewarded with 10BBs, for each consecutive page liked players will receive an additional 5BBs each.
