License canceled for ASAP Italia SRL

(PRESS RELEASE) -- The Malta Gaming Authority is hereby notifying that ASAP Italia SRL, gaming license MGA/B2C/380/2017, has been canceled as of 17 June 2019.

ASAP Italia SRL has thus been directed to proceed with the cancellation process of the Authorization, and to suspend all gaming operations with immediate effect. In addition, a notice on the Authorized Person’s website(s) is to be displayed informing all players that the Authorization has been cancelled.

Furthermore, the Authority hereby notifies that any websites operated by ASAP Italia SRL or associated with ASAP Italia SRL, and which make reference to the Authority or the above-quoted license is not approved to be operational by the Authority. Due to the cancellation of the license, ASAP Italia SRL is therefore not authorized to continue conducting gaming by means of distance communications under an Authority license.
