Let It Ride Bingo opens in San Angelo

13 Mar 2008

AUSTIN, Texas -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Littlefield Corporation (OTCBB: LTFD) announces that its Let It Ride Bingo hall in San Angelo will have its "soft opening" this weekend followed by its Grand Opening next weekend.

This bingo hall, which is located adjacent to Strike It Rich Bingo in San Angelo, will be offering playing times complementary to the operations of its next door neighbor.

The charities at Strike It Rich Bingo are currently offering up to 14 nighttime and two daytime sessions of bingo weekly by using some of their authorized temporary sessions.

Initially, the charities at Let It Ride Bingo will be offering complementary playing times concentrating on daytime and late night bingo playing times. As these sessions are absorbed by the market in San Angelo, additional sessions will be added consistent with customer demand. Focus group information developed during initial market research indicates a pent up demand for additional daytime and late-night sessions in San Angelo.

Because this bingo hall is adjacent to an existing bingo hall, it is likely that the normal start up curve of a new bingo hall will be accelerated and that operations will become profitable more quickly.

Jeffrey L Minch, President and CEO of Littlefield Corporation made the following comment:

"We are excited about the opening of Let It Ride Bingo in San Angelo. This bingo hall should be profitable for the charities almost immediately as there is clearly a pent up demand for additional bingo in San Angelo as well as the opportunity to provide complementary playing times with the well established bingo hall -- Strike It Rich Bingo -- next door.

"This bingo hall also incorporates many of our new ideas which are transformational and which change the character of the bingo hall into an entertainment destination.

"This will be a very nice addition to our portfolio and will be very profitable for the charities.

"We will be using one of our existing grandfathered commercial lessor licenses to offer this facility to the charities.

"I appreciate all the hard work which has gone into making this bingo hall a reality and we will be working hard to make this new bingo hall a financial success for our charities."

Littlefield Corporation, acting through appropriately formed and licensed corporate subsidiaries, is the largest owner of charitable bingo halls in the United States with a total of 31 bingo halls in Texas, South Carolina, Alabama and Florida.
