13,811 out of the starting 18,718 entries now remain in Circa Survivor. Some advanced with ease, including 6,655 thanks to Seattle and 3,362 relying on Buffalo. Others who sweat it out included the 2,033 who picked Tampa Bay and saw them win with a last-second field goal.
1,817 entries picked Green Bay, who had a 10-0 lead over Cleveland going into the fourth quarter. It looked like their defense would hold, however, Cleveland managed to score 13 points in the final 3:38 of the game to steal the win, knocking out those 1,817 entries. Meanwhile, 1,179 entries selected Atlanta, who never seemed to have a chance against Carolina and lost 30-0.
No other teams that lost had more than 49 entries relying on them. 73.8 percent of the original field remain, competing for the $18,718,000 in the prize pool.
Circa Grandissimo saw 10 entries lose this week. Eight entries had selected Green Bay, representing 13.8 percent of the then-remaining field. Two more picked Atlanta leaving 58 of the original 69 entrants remaining, representing 84 percent of the original field. Those 58 continue to compete for the $6,900,000 prize pool in Circa Grandissimo.
