Following extensive customer research, Ladbrokes worked closely with Playtech, the world’s leading multi-channel gaming software and services provider, to redesign and configure every element of the website to meet players’ demands.
Ladbrokes Bingo players now have access to the largest regulated bingo product on the market with more than 70,000 players and up to 20,000 concurrent users.
Customers will now also be able to play for a guaranteed £3 million worth of prizes in November and December, as part of the most exciting bingo relaunch in the market. One lucky winner will also take home a new SEAT Ibiza SE.
