AUSTRALIA – As reported by the Australian Associated Press: "Opposition Leader Mark Latham had to start pulling rabbits out of his hat to interest punters in Labor's election chances, a leading betting agency said today.
"Gerard Daffy, form analyst for Centrebet which is the only betting agency in Australia running a book on the federal election, said the coalition had firmed as favourites.
"Centrebet's odds on the coalition had shortened from $1.55 to $1.50 while Labor went out from $2.30 to $2.40…"
