Kiwi Gaming responds to the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act

We regret to announce that from Friday October 13th Kiwi Gaming (www.kiwigaming.com) no longer accepts wagers from US Residents.

The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006, recently signed by the US President, will prevent US banks from handling gambling transactions.

Kiwi Gaming deeply regrets having to take this action but we have been left with no choice. We can only recommend players, who believe this infringes their constitutional rights, to contact their state representatives.
