Interpoker enters bidding for Eastgate bracelet

VIENNA, Austria -- (PRESS RELEASE) –- InterPoker is entering the bidding for the iconic World Series of Poker winner's bracelet, won by the legendary Peter Eastgate, to keep it in the world of poker and stop TonyG from making a mockery of the game's most iconic prize.

International poker player TonyG wants to buy the bracelet to use as a collar for his dog, so InterPoker have offered to buy him a Swarovski crystal encrusted doggie jacket to give his dog some bling rather than let him get his hands on the WSOP Main Event bracelet that he has so far proved incapable of winning.

A spokesperson for said: "The entire poker community should feel insulted by Tony G's reasons for wanting the bracelet and InterPoker will do everything it can to prevent him winning. InterPoker wants to give the bracelet the respect it deserves by offering it as a prize for the Champion of Champions event in 2011 and keep the bracelet within the poker community."
