Internet poker bill approved by Iowa Senate

IOWA -- The Iowa Senate approved a bill on Tuesday that could see Iowa as an early state to legalize Internet poker, the Des Moines Register reported.

The bill now heads to the House, the report explained.

If the bill succeeds, estimates suggest it could result in $15 million in revenue for the state, the Des Moines Register said.
