"Louisville-based Churchill (NASDAQ: CHDN) has agreed to discontinue sales of the simulcasts as part of its sales agreement with the new owners of Ellis Park in Henderson, Ky., according to a news release. "Churchill sold Ellis Park to a company owned by Ron Geary, the current chairman and former president and CEO of Louisville-based ResCare Inc., in September 2006..."
