Illegal Word Cup gambling ring: 5 to plead guilty

LAS VEGAS, Nevada -- Five people accused of being involved in an illegal World Cup gambling ring plan will plead guilty, Bloomberg reported.Two others accused in the same bust, including the alleged ringleader Wei Seng “Paul” Phua will likely plead not guilty, the report said.
The illegal operation was run, it is alleged, from a villa located in Caesars Palace and was described as a "gambling hub", Bloomberg reported.
