IGT Signs New Credit Facility
RENO, Nevada – (PRESS RELEASE) -- International Game Technology (NYSE: IGT) today announced that it has entered into a $1.5 billion credit facility with a syndicate of banks. The credit facility consists of a five-year $1.3 billion revolver and a five-year $200 million term loan. The new credit facility will replace IGT's existing $260 million credit facility. IGT has accepted incremental commitments, which increases the size of the revolver from $800 million to $1.3 billion. As a result of the new credit facility and after the planned redemption of its 8.375% Senior Notes on July 16, 2004, IGT will have increased liquidity levels by approximately $550 million.
IGT engaged Banc of America Securities LLC, Wells Fargo, N.A., and BNY Capital Markets, Inc. as Joint Lead Arrangers and Joint Book Managers. Bank of America, N.A. served as Syndication Agent; Wells Fargo, N.A. will serve as Administrative Agent; and The Bank of New York, The Royal Bank of Scotland PLC, Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd. and Union Bank of California, N.A. served as Co-Documentation Agents.
