RENO, Nevada – (PRESS RELEASE) -- International Game Technology (NYSE: IGT) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of twelve cents ($0.12) per share, payable on July 21, 2005 to shareholders of record on July 7, 2005.
