iGGBA Announces New Council and Programme for 2005
UK -- (PRESS RELEASE)-- At its 4th iGGBA Annual General Meeting, held on 27th January at the ATEI/ICE show, the new Council for 2005 was put into place.
The members for 2005 are:
Richard Flint - BSKYB
Richard Boardley - Littlewoods
Nancy Chan-Palmateer – Wagerlogic/Cryptologic
Peter Nicoll - Victor Chandler
Lee Richardson – Chartwell Games
Simon Burridge - Virgin Games
Chris Thomas - Million 2-1
Brian Morgan - RAL Interactive
"This has been an excellent AGM focusing on the issues at hand. The new Council's two biggest focuses will be the development of the UK Gambling Bill, as well as relevant EU Policy" stated Richard Flint, newly elected Chairman of iGGBA.
"With the UK Gambling Bill currently going through a decisive stage, this is a very exciting time to be in the Council. I am looking forward to working on it under the Chairmanship of Richard Flint." stated Simon Burridge of Virgin Games.
For its 2005 programme, iGGBA has set itself an ambitious schedule to continue to liaise with government and regulators at UK and EU level to discuss important developments concerning the UK Gambling Bill, but also carefully monitoring potential policy changes within the EU.
