CAPE TOWN, South Africa -- An emergency meeting has been called next month by FIFA to tackle a number of issues including gambling, the controversial handball goal that qualified France for the World Cup, and the recent major match-fixing scandal, according to a Bloomberg report.

The emergency meeting will take place in Cape Town South Africa on December 2nd, the Bloomberg report said.
